Passenger Hangs From Window of Speeding SUV

A passenger was spotting hanging out of a speeding SUV during an evening commute on the 5 freeway in Southern California. According to the driver, "He was out there for about ten miles hanging onto the roof rack pumping his fist as the female driver would jerk the steering wheel".
