An O’Keefe Media Group undercover investigation has exposed how federal contractor ATI Government Solutions exploits minority-preference programs to secure more than $100 million in no-bid government contracts while subcontracting out the vast majority of the work. We went undercover and arranged meetings with multiple ATI employees, to dig deeper into the truth behind their Native American ownership, their small business status, and their excessive use of subcontractors, and what we found was more damning than we were ever expecting.

President Donald Trump criticizes China’s new rules restricting rare earth exports for being “extraordinarily aggressive.” He is imposing an additional 100 percent tariff on China on top of all existing tariffs—raising the baseline to 130 percent. The new tariff hike is set to take effect Nov. 1, the same day China’s rare earth restrictions come into force. Is an unusual crisis unfolding within the top ranks of China’s Communist Party? Trump says, “Very strange things are happening in China.” His remarks come as rumors swirl that China’s top leader may have suffered a sudden stroke. Tit-for-tat? China is vowing to match U.S. port fees on Chinese ships with its own, starting Tuesday, with rates and schedules closely mirroring U.S. policy. China is also launching an anti-monopoly probe into U.S. chipmaker Qualcomm, targeting its deal with Israeli firm Autotalks—a move that could further heighten tensions in U.S.–China tech trade. Trump is taking aim at what he calls unfair business conditions. He’s proposing a ban on Chinese airlines flying between China and the United States from using Russian airspace—a route American carriers are barred from. In Taiwan, preparations are underway to deter a potential conflict with communist China. The island’s president just unveiled a new air defense system called “T-Dome,” designed to intercept incoming missiles from China.
