Article III Articulations

A series were we take a deep dive into the Supreme Court and the Opinions we receive from them. With all of the legal nonsense out there these days, I wanted a place were people can come to listen, read, & understand what these Opinions actually say, and mean. From the Syllabus to the Dicta I go through each new case with a fine toothed comb. Even bringing in historical and legal context to narrative the Justices deliver. In conjunction with my Law Library, I intend for this to be an educational journey for all parties involved. As I release each lesson I will be learning just as much, if not more than everyone on the other side. I dont claim to be an authority or guru of any kind, just a living, breathing man, who sees a lot of issues that need dealt with if we want this great country to survive. I have 4 interests, God, Family, Freedom, & History. This is the Freedom portion of my life I want to share with the rest of the world. A data base of interconnected easily click able thoughts intended for quick recall and study. half the battle in studying Law is find the reference to the earlier Law because our whole legal system is built of "presidence". What if we had a resource that brought all of that knowledge to one place with only the cream rising to the top and everything else where it should be, the annuls of history.
