Aired on network TV in 2001. The program features interviews with a series of people who believe that NASA faked the Apollo Moon landings in the 1960s and 1970s. The biggest voice in this is Bill Kaysing, who claims to have all sorts of hoax evidence, including pictures taken by the astronauts, engineering details, discussions of physics and even some testimony by astronauts themselves. The program's conclusion was that the whole thing was faked in the Nevada desert (Area 51). According to them, NASA did not have the technical capability of going to the Moon, but pressure due to the Cold War with the Soviet Union forced them to fake it. For once, a video has gone “viral” on social media platforms that actually deserves to be seen by everyone. It involves hundred-year-old Royal Navy and Arctic Convoy veteran Alec Penstone in a live appearance on Friday’s episode of Good Morning Britain. Co-hosts Adil Ray and Kate Garraway intended to use Penstone as a pre–Armistice Day prop for conveying to the country’s viewing audience that corporate news reporters are just as patriotic as ordinary Brits who are thrown in jail for waving Union Jack flags near taxpayer-funded hotels housing child-grooming illegal aliens. You could see how Ray, Garraway, and Good Morning Britain’s producers expected the conversation to go. They would introduce Penstone as a WWII hero (he is!). The co-hosts would talk about the sacrifices so many young Brits made during both world wars to preserve the U.K.’s independence and freedoms. By pretending to care about Penstone, the corporate news propagandists would then peel away some of the centenarian’s nobility and honor and paste those virtues onto themselves. In addition, unknown numbers of young male Sharia-supremacists similarly took advantage of our open frontiers. The so-called “Red-Green axis” would likely result in such external communist and Islamic enemies making common cause. What is more, domestic contingents of Marxist revolutionaries and jihadists would provide additional manpower for civil disturbances, subversion, sabotage, assassinations and perhaps insurrection. Some are reportedly in a high state of preparation for some or all of those options.
