Put on mask and turn on machine. Inhale alternating between breathing in through mouth then nose, until the mask stops fogging. This can be done hourly. If it causes excess coughing, add one more ml of saline. 8.Reduced L-glutathione: this should be used 3x a day at least 30 min after hydrogen peroxide neb. More than 30 min is fine, just don't do it sooner. 4x a day usage if taking tylenol for fever. Bronson d3k2 10,000 IU daily until you die of old age. If you are exposed to covid19 or develop symptoms 200,000 IU d3 (4 Capsules) days 1 and 2 then down to Bronson d3k2 - 2 a day. (10,000 IU d3). If your doctor has you on D2 I'd highly consider switching to D3. Also, K2 isn't optional. It keeps calcium from hardening the arteries and protects against blood clots. (That means take 1000mg an hour...at the point where you develop loose stools, calculate how much vitamin c total it took to cause loose stools, subtract 1000mg...that will give you your daily dosage.) I like to have folks take vitamin c every hour to every 2 hours to keep blood concentration steady. This can also be done with kids. Start at 500mg an hour then go to bowel tolerance. 14.Un-coated Aspirin 325mg daily for 30 days from start of covid illness. (Unless on blood thinners, history of ulcer or Gastrointestinal bleeding, allergy to aspirin or NSAIDS.) The risk for blood clots is elevated during infection and for 30 days after. Aspirin can also be taken per package directions for pain and fever during covid. Take with food. Do NOT administer aspirin to children or teenagers as there is a risk of reye syndrome. IVERMECTIN with Delta variant I'm seeing people get really sick really fast. 0.2mg/kg was the ivermectin dosage with the original sars-cov-2 What I'm seeing with that dose for Delta variant is sustained fever and progression of symptoms. When patients go up to 0.4mg/kg the turn around is overnight and impressive. Especially when paired with 0.5% peroxide nebulizer treatments and nebulized reduced L-glutathione. I cannot overstate the importance of avoiding tylenol. In patients I see who take it, they are sicker longer than those who don't take it and quickly develop shortness of breath and pneumonia symptoms. (This is in patients who can't get ivermectin.) In patients who take ivermectin 0.4mg/kg and azithromycin or docycycline, the synergistic effect seems obvious. Fevers reduced from 102 to 100 overnight, easier breathing, less body pain, less coughing.
