The reason being, it's not that clear or engaging, he already talks about it before 1st Higgins clip and there's a detail John gets wrong. ESU guy was filmed looking through the rifle scope when *someone else* shot the man on the roof in the head: shot #10. https://rumble.com/v5bytft-gray-hughes-esu-sniper-scopes-kill-shot-ss-wash-cy-synched-with-old-footage.html Ostroff, as Cullen notes, saw him scope that shot and mistakenly said he shot it. They say he also shot #9 to the rifle in Higgins' report. This is on tape, sort of, but the truck stabilizers block the camera from seeing anything but the sniper's legs when he shoots guy. Ok? So Ostroff thought ESU fired #10 (I believe he corrected himself), and Cullen seems to be conflating that two shots. Scoping the kill shot is #10, which came from elsewhere, not #9. #9 is the shot to the rifle which supposedly wounded Crooks, according to Higgins report (the one from a while ago), and Higgins just showed in the hearing that the medical officer has no evidence of that, and there was only one wound. Here you can see more clearly what John means and that he's mistaken: https://nitter.poast.org/I_Am_JohnCullen/status/1840013412509561170 He's confusing what Ostroff was wrong about (that the ESU sniper shot bullet #10 which he only scoped) with what Higgins' early report got wrong (the ESU sniper shot bullet 9 to Crooks' rifle stock and partial hit on Crooks before kill shot #10 hit from someone else). Don't bring this up with Cullen or ask any questions about it if you don't want him to block you.

SS Countersniper (R) says Yearick's name was Matthew before he changed it to Maxwell. I looked him up and say he was an Ark Midnight after Butler and Ed Solomon was there too, obvious video to get and post. Butler details starts with second segment at 23m but he talks about it a bit toward the end of the first. "Regan didn't get hit with a bullet, he was hit with an air pistol" Also names Jonathan B Willis as having shot at Yearick or shot him and being fired for it. That was the one with the beard. I can't say myself but I believe the people with that experience that say he wasn't shooting are correct. Also, I think it's been proven that Crooks/whoever that was, when he climbed on the roof WAS wearing pants but due to low image resolution and sun glare it looked like shorts.
