I decided to start playing the Zelda games, starting with the original and going all the way until the last one my mother played, in honor of her memory. My mother passed away several years ago. Her favorite video games were The Legend of Zelda series, starting with the first one on the NES.
She always supported my love for video games, and would often ask me to help defeat boss battles she was stuck on, etc. We were very close, and bonded over watching each other play the Zelda games and worked together to find all the items and beat them.
So, I wanted to honor her memory with this series. Thank you for coming along this journey with me. I hope you enjoy this Zelda adventure!

In Memoriam Zelda Series: Zelda II The Adventure of Link (Part 1)
Fairy Mysterious AdventuresToday I'll be playing Zelda II The Adventure of Link (Switch) originally released on the NES. This is probably one of the less popular Zelda games, but has several elements that get included in later Zelda games (you might recognize the town names, for example). It's also very challenging, but still fun! This is a video series I started in memory of my mother who passed away several years ago. Her favorite video games were The Legend of Zelda series of games, starting with the first one on the NES. She always supported my love for video games, and would often ask me to help defeat boss battles she was stuck on, etc. We were very close, and bonded over watching each other play the Zelda games and worked together past the different challenges. So, I wanted to honor her memory with this series. Thank you for coming along this journey with me. I hope you enjoy this Zelda adventure! Fairy Mysterious AdventuresI hope you all had a good time on Mother's Day!
