Edward explores his new Great Inagua hideout... and discovers more than a few strange secrets there. Finding himself in a village crawling with men and women who would not appreciate his presence, Edward sneaks through an Assassin village to locate Master James Kidd.

Edward and James search the Mayan temple for clues about the Sage's identity. Edward must save his imprisoned crew and various captured Assassins from the slave traders that have arrived in Tulum.

Hearing that Templar Torres plans to pick up a large shipment of gold from a nearby fort, Edward and Adewale decide to attack. Using Torres and his gold as bait Edward hopes to reveal the location of the Sage and rescue him from the slave trader, Laurens Prins.

Edward must kill the slaver Laurens Prins as a favor to James Kidd before rescuing the man called the Sage from his imprisonment.
