Are people getting more sick these days? Yes. Is it due to some scary pandemic? No. It's due to people being more unhealthy. Meanwhile we are simultaneously seeing fear mongering in the media over Measles and Bird Flu. In fact, multiple types of Bird Flu are being pushed for maximum fear as countless chickens and cows are culled. H1N1, H5N9 and H2N9. It's convenient that the largest ever pandemic exercise just happened in the fall, named Project Polaris.
