United States v. Bolton

Bolton wants to go to Europe next month for a conference he is scheduled to speak at. He's filed a motion requesting the court's permission to travel there and has submitted under seal a detailed travel plan. Next I take a look at news from earlier this month about a hack of PACER before spending some time going over Trump's Executive Order "Prosecuting Burning of the American Flag" and how it conflicts with the 1st Amendment and relevant SCOTUS precedent.
