Water Baptism

Water Baptism: What were the last words of Jesus after His resurrection? Is water Baptism a command. If so Why? How do we determine Gods' will on this or any other doctrine.

Jesus Commanded His disciples to make disciples and to Baptize them. How did they understand and follow His command? What are the promises or blessings that ONLY those who have been baptized can claim? Is there a remission of sins that happens in water baptism? Is baptism "linked" to salvation in the Bible? Are all Christians "Clothed with Christ"?
