With their own transport destroyed, Isaac and the surviving crew are trapped on the Ishimura teeming with horrible monsters. They decide their only chance is to gain access to the ships computer, but in order to do that, Isaac needs to fight his way through the medical facility to retrieve the access codes from the deceased Captain.
