Pregnancy + My natural SnapBack + Why I fast + I cook a staple meal! Hey guys 😘 (Side bar - I was soooo bloated in this video 😩 and didn't even want to film, BUT I did. I also may or may not have hit a joint before the cooking segment if my non existent eyes don’t give that away 😂.) I wanted to finally share a bit of my story (along with some photographic evidence lol being that I hid it from the world.) I share a key simple core flex I do throughout my day to get that c-section abdomen fired up. It still lags today and feels somewhat numb even two years after my pregnancy! I talk about fasting - why it works for ME. Keyword ME .. how I go about it and how I use it to balance my cheat days. Which might be wayyyyy more than you expect. I cook my favorite “clean” —really a starch/gluten free meal that I make on a lower body day to make sure I get that protein in. (I also vent about racist and misogynistic commenting under my posts. But when am I not venting lol.) I know some of you want a full “what I eat in a day” and I will line that up with my next gym Vlog.💜 I hope this post gives you some intimate insight into my experience and that some other women who may go through or have been through, can relate.
