Cuba 1958, three years after the events of New York, Hyman Roth has called a meeting the Corleone and other families in Havana, Cuba.

Six weeks after the chaos of Cuba, Dominic is tasked with dealing with two ex-Corleone caporegimes, Carmine and Tony Rosato, who have formed their own family and are dealing drugs.

After and attack on Dominic's business by Carmine Rosato. He, Bill and Alvin plan to hit on Carmine's made men.

After the meeting with Carmine was the set-up, Dominic recruited Harvey Datini a local Arsonist, along with Bill Bardi and Alvin Uzzano, Dominic goes to war with Carmine.

After Carmine's Death, Hyman Roth contacts Dominic and ask him to come to Miami, Florida. Later, finding out both Roth and Fredo need help dealing with Rico Granado and Tony Rosato.

With Bill Bardi and the newly recruit, Bernard Uzzano, thanks to his brother Alvin who stayed in New York along with Harvey. The three take the city of Florida by storm.

While taking over Florida, Hyman has advice Dominic to recruit another solider to his family. Bernard Uzzano, suggest that Dominic recruit Leroy Peteriboni, an expert on Safecracker and Engineer.

Dominic and his crew finish off the rest of Tony Rosato's and Granado's men and business.

Needing to return to New York, Dominic and his crew head to the airport to find the airport workers on strike.

Dominic returns to New York to hear from Michael that a senate committee s building a case against the Corleone.
