Anything you could say, sir, just want to clear the record, give you a chance to talk. But did you see it, the sealed dossier, or not? That’s pretty much the gist of the situation, right? You have nothing to say, sir, about it?” BRENNAN: “It’s all on the record. It’s all in my memoir.” BALLASY: “Will you be involved at all in testimony before the Judiciary Committee in the coming weeks or coming months? Could you just maybe tell us what you think about the direction of the intelligence community now under Trump? Do you have just a general — your general take on the direction of the intelligence community? I thank you for your time, sir.”

RUSH TRANSCRIPT: WITT: “So who are these others? And how do you interpret his claim that this is not revenge?” D’AMICO: “Well, it’s.Hard to. Refute that. That it’s not revenge because he said it. He’s he’s it’s his own words. But I think John Brennan is going to be one. In the. And I think. Even if. He can find something on General Milley, those are prominent ones that he really disliked on how they they went public on certain things. So I think that but they, they also expect it. And this is scary, that the fact that you could have even very supportive people, ag bondi and the dag and the us attorney who was doing the bidding, saying it was a and then firing that U.S. Attorney and getting one that has no prosecution experience to actually seek an indictment. I think the risk of some some legal malpractice probably in there, but it’s showing that it doesn’t even like even with the professionals, not a strong case can bring an indictment. But what I don’t know, you know, the people that are supporting this, don’t they think, like when the roles are reversed and the Democrats eventually the democratic president’s going to come in, do they not expect that? Like this? Kash Patel? Not expect to be charged or whatever. It reminds me of like when we went into Iraq. We got rid of saddam hussein, a Sunni. And our mistake was we thought we were bringing the shiites in and that they would say, wait, we’re prosecuted for so long that they’re going to expect fair treatment back to sunnis. And they did the exact opposite. They took revenge on them. And I think I just don’t want to see that in the future. I don’t want to see revenge. Tit for tat. But I think that’s what it’s going to end up being, because this is opening up the cards to just like, again, going after political enemies. And I think it’s going to have to naturally take the next course on the next administration.”

RUSH TRANSCRIPT: ALEMANY: “I realize it’s a bit unusual to ask you about the potential case being built against you inside the administration, but I do want to ask about Washington Post reporting that came out this week that the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, revoked security clearances of current and former officials who could be called as potential witnesses in the case, according to two senior administration officials. Some of these people targeted by gabbard worked in the Obama Obama Administration at the same time as you did, and could possibly be called as witnesses in the government’s probe. But these potential witnesses have been labeled by the director of national intelligence as unreliable and traitorous, which will complicate efforts by prosecutors to build a case against you. What is your reaction?” BRENNAN: “It was absolutely appalling that she revoked the security clearances of those 37 individuals, some of whom were still in government, and there was no basis whatsoever to do that. Now, the story that says that because of her revocation, it really undermines the case against me. You know, there’s I don’t see any case against me. I have looked back on all of my actions and decisions. And with John Durham, the special counsel and others that have looked at what we did there was certainly consistent with our legal authorities and with the law. So I don’t know what you know they’re referring to there. Individuals who used to work in the government, even if their security clearances were revoked, they could be subpoenaed. They could be called to to provide testimony in support of whatever allegations they have. I just I don’t see a case there.” DANIELS: “You know who else looked into it?”
