No Music, No People, Just Nature. I filmed this small herd of bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis) the other day while we were setting up for a hike at a Rocky Mountain trailhead. After spending the last 6 months living high up in the mountains, these wild sheep have come down to the valley to prepare for the winter ahead. There were several juveniles, females, and young males, seven in all. My 12 minute 4K video reveals some fascinating bovid behaviors. Enjoy!
