Writing

For a long time I have wished to write out the entire Bible by hand. I'm not sure if I'll make it all the way through in this lifetime, but I'll give it a go. It's a project that can take many years to complete, especially at my slow writing speed. Unlike the daily Bible reading streams I'm doing this year, I won't commit to a regular schedule for writing the Bible, and I might do it offline at times. Unlike most people who take on this project, I won't write in existing notebooks or journals. I'll write on folded sheets that I can later bind together into handsewn volumes. Go with the PhLo, and you never know what yer gonna get. While messing around with various lighting and camera scenarios, I got in the mood to write something down from the Bible. Then I spent more and more time messing with lights. Good enough, now I'll write. We have a black light, two colored lights, and some LED copper string lights. Oh, and also crazy digital color cycling. Why? I dunno, cuz it looks kinda cool or something. I'll write out some Scripture until I get tired. Introducing the likeness of my Grandpa, rest his soul. I found this crocheted doll at a 4th of July celebration a few days ago. Grandpa was my biggest hero in life, and I miss him. Though nearly blind and deaf, he spent most of his time studying the Bible. I'll never become half the man he was, much less become anything like Jesus while I yet live in this world. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless our efforts in drawing nearer to Him in His Word. This might not last long, as the music might put me and everyone else to sleep. I wrote out Psalm 37. Wow, that was longer than I remembered! I made it though, by the grace of God. Hopefully something will stick with me. This is a replay of a full-length, unedited live stream.
