This Must Be The Place EP (2025) Lyrical & Music Videos

Fresh off the heels of 'resurrect.me', Harold Dean & The Men of Means return with 'This Must Be The Place'. Weaving together a rich and weary tapestry of sound and emotion, this blend of no-frills indie rock, midwestern-infused alt-country, and heartland folk merges seamlessly in a way only Harold Dean & The Men of Means can do it. The album paradoxically starts at the end; the title track revels in the contentment of finally finding a home, whatever or whomever that means to you. Old Dogs on the other hand is a love letter to the scrapers, the survivors of all ages who walked through the worst and came out on the other side. You Know I'm Right is an ode to good old fashioned shameless summer love (as if we all need more of those). Cliché tells the tale of the unfortunate end of some of those summer love stories; its a song about love and loss what we do to put it in our own rear-view mirrors. Closing the album, Split This Town introduces us to a couple at a crossroads, with the open road to one side and a chance to settle down and build a life at the other. Which fork will they choose? 'This Must be The Place' is a 5-song Americana salute to a world of dusty roads, cracked paint, and fading dreams. It’s an album for late-night drives, quiet reflections, and those who find the road less traveled a road worth traveling. Available now on all major streaming platforms.
