Nimbus Libéré (French for "Nimbus Freed" or "Nimbus Released") is a 1944 propaganda cartoon created in Vichy France under orders from Nazi Germany. The short is, as you'd expect, an anti-Allies, antisemitic tract that supposedly shows what would happen if the Allies were to invade France. The short revolves around the titular Nimbus, his wife Leonie and their child, eagerly listening to the radio, where it is announced that the Allies are coming to liberate the people of France, with the family sharing their excitement over finally being able to enjoy goods from the Allied countries. Unfortunately, the Allies have something in store for them... Perhaps the most notable thing from the short, besides the propaganda message and the shoddy animation, is that it features unauthorized appearances from Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Felix the Cat and Popeye as American bomber pilots.

Using rare archive footage, this documentary tells the story of World War I. The film shows the rivalry between the various royalty in Europe leading up to the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand and the failed attempts to avoid the war that followed. On June 8, 1967, the intelligence ship U.S.S. Liberty, stationed off the Sinai Peninsula during the Six-Day War, was attacked by unmarked jets and later by unmarked torpedo boats. In all, 34 men were killed and 171 wounded. Deep into the attack, the captain and crew realized that the aggressor was their ally, Israel, who claimed they couldn't identify the ship as American. We examine crew members' contentions that the attack was intentional and that both governments covered up the true details.

The unorthodox cosmological theories of Dr. Immanuel Velikovsky, in conversation with author Eric Larrabee. Velikovsky, who had by this time (1964) already become an enfant terrible in the academic world -- despite his advanced age and international reputation -- maintained that many things relegated to the distant past and the product of slow evolution had in fact occurred in historical times. Perhaps his most famous work was "Worlds in Collision", which reexamined the stories of the Bible and the folklores of many cultures, and coordinated them with catastrophic events in the solar system. His work also re-calibrates ancient Egyptian and Greek history.

In an attempt to solve the mystery, Stephen Knight concluded that five women-Mary Ann Nichols, Annie Chapman, Elizabeth Stride, Catherine Eddowes, and Mary Jane Kelly-were murdered in 1888 to cover up a secret marriage between Prince Albert Victor, and Annie Elizabeth Crook, a working class Irish Catholic girl. Knight's main source, Joseph Gorman (Annie Crook's grandson, Walter Sickert's self-proclaimed son with Annie's daughter Alice Margaret Crook), later retracted the story and admitted to the press that it was a hoax.

City Out of Wilderness is a 1974 American short documentary film produced by Francis Thompson. It was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject. Produced by the United States Capitol Historical Society, City Out of Wilderness chronicles the history and evolution of Washington, D.C., from its very beginnings to the then-modern era of the 1970s.
