Biding 2026's Vernal Garden

Only three months to Spring 2026! Join us back on the Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning this Spring as we get the garden back in for another summer. I’m barely 1/3 through the squashes I harvested last summer, and I’m still eating zucchini pickles from the previous year, after eating the pickles from this past summer that didn’t can correctly, and therefore were eaten first. The Bird Shit Berry Bush Jam has been used in the No Knead bread recipe, and I’ve just started into the 2025 supply as I was still using jam from the year before. I should really concentrate on acorn squashes and other exotic ones to go with the spaghetti squashes this year, and pay more attention to rogue zucchini seeds so the winter squash area stays wintery squashy, unlike this past summer.
