Over the last few decades, numerous former IRS agents have testified that there is no law mandating the collection of income tax and that income tax in and of itself is highly unconstitutional. The IRS, therefore, is an illegal enterprise engaged in extortion and guilty of Conspiracy to defraud the American People.
