I was sitting on my back porch chatting on Guilded when this falcon literally drops out of the sky! Fortunately, I readied my camera in time to get him stretching his wings for a dive!

2023.11.26@17:05:44-17:07:00(MST) I think it is the mate of the female Peregrine Falcon in Skyrat Buffet and Ep.1 of Falcon Ops. Its about 5pm on Nov 26th, 2023 at the recording of this video. That's getting close to the shift change where the female falcon spends the night in the nest with the eggs and the male hunts under the moon light. I've heard their calls at night so that seems logical.

Got a good look at the Peregrine Falcon responsible for the Skyrat Buffet. Got SlowMo footage of her flying within 15ft of me. I could not have asked for a better shot.

Saw a flock of birds scatter with panicked chirping. I looked and saw a massive bird pinning a skyrat to the ground. In the desert, nature documentaries happen in your front yard!
