Ex-Navy SEAL, now Congressman Eli Crane has some experience with security operations. Things like opening windows, looking out of windows, and seeing suspicious roofs opposite windows. The former sniper visited the site of the Trump assassination attempt and took a tour of where the Secret Service were stationed during that fateful rally. It turns out, it was a room with a view. A direct view of the same slightly sloped roof Thomas Crooks managed to climb, undetected, and get off several shots, again undetected. His attention then turned to the water tower overlooking the venue, wondering why a sniper wasn’t stationed there with an excellent view of the roof.
