Rare TV Shows

A episode from a rare TV Show called Capital News from 1990. This was Episode 2, from the thirteen that were made - and is the only one that I can find at all. If I get more, I will post them, but I'm not holding my breath. Meanwhile I will make a playlist for Rare TV Shows, which will probably be only for shows that I can trace just one or maybe two episodes.
