PATCON aka "Patriot Conspiracy" was an FBI operation that targeted Christian, "neo-Nazi," and right-wing militia groups that may have begun in the 1980s but operated in the early 90s. Timothy McVeigh told his family he was recruited into a covert group of "military consultants," assisting domestic and international police in black operations.
