Welcome to the overview and introduction of my new video series called CREATING COMPATIBILITY. Division in the world is at the boiling point and currently humanity lacks a clear understanding of our unique individual unconscious tendencies in terms of communication, values, motivation and emotional reactivity which leads to the discord that we see today. We also generally lack the skills to generate the personal and collective resilience and boundaries that are required in the face of disagreement and perceived disharmony.
