Therefore, all this talk and all this maneuvering by lawyers is just that. Talk. Blather. Attempts to deceive and confuse people for their own unjust enrichment. We should simply outlaw the Bar Association which has promoted all this nonsense and get rid of their courts. There are only two laws -- love the Creator, treat others as you would be treated. This automatically leads you to "do no harm". If we can't follow two (2) laws, there's no point in establishing 80 million more. And if we can't observe that much, there is no hope. Mankind is then reduced to insanity, and all our law stands invalidated again: insanity is a sufficient and universal defense. This is testimony in the form of an affidavit is addressed specifically to: Brigadier General Sarah K. Albrycht, Governor Michael Dunleavy, and Susan Carney, Chief Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court, who is responsible for the administration of the entire court system created by or under The Constitution of the State of Alaska, a British Territorial "State" and "State Constitution" specifically created by Persons for Persons who declared that they act in service to the people of this State of the Union. 2. Alaska was never formally enrolled as a State of the Union, because the requisite States were not in Session in 1959, but they came back into Session in 2019 and as of the first of October 2020, Alaska was finally enrolled as a State of the Union and entered into the full enjoyment of the Equal Footing Doctrine. Enrollment is the final step of the process engaged under the Northwest Ordinance. It was made retroactive to the moment that Alaska entered Territorial "Statehood" on January 3rd 1959. 3. In Law derived from the Law of Nature, and all American Common Law is derived from the Law of "Nature and Nature's God", living things are separated from dead things (corporations); a "veil" is said to stand between them such that the law of the living does not pertain to the dead (corporations) and the law of the dead (corporations) cannot trespass upon the living. 4. This "corporate veil" is used to shield the owners, officers and shareholders of corporations from seizure of their own assets if their corporation goes bankrupt, but this corporate veil can be pierced and removed, if, for example, the corporation commits fraud or other crimes. If the crimes are egregious and against the Public Interest, the corporation can be dissolved and the persons responsible for it can face the loss of their own assets 5. The Law of the Land maintains the strict separation between the living and the dead such that land and soil can only belong to living men and women, not commercial or municipal corporations, and not, generally speaking, legal fictions of any sort. 6. The courts have gotten around this somewhat by allowing land to be held in trusts, even in "National Trusts" that are supposed to preserve historical and religious sites that are of common cultural importance, but the overall thread and excuse for the existence of such trusts is always that the land is being held in trust for the benefit of the living people to whom the land actually belongs. I spent most of the day in a pleasant semi-meditative mindset- counting my many blessings, visiting with elderly friends, connecting with nature. It is early autumn here with grey skies, intermittent rain, and trees turning color—mostly brilliant shades of gold as Alaska's birch forests dominate the natural hardwood landscape. The Proclamation identifying the Bar Associations as the lynch-pin in the whole "public trust interest" identity theft scheme has shocked many people, but it should be self-evident that our Law had to be overcome by these lies and deceits and the only way this could be done is with the complicity of the members of the Bar Associations. This is NOT to say that all members were aware of the scam; indeed, a great many of them were not only ignorant about the Great Fraud, but also ignorant about the entire subject of Law. "Dumbing down" probably happened in American Law Schools fifty years before Jimmy Carter's illegal Department of Education sank its fangs in. Recent graduates don't really know anything about Law. They have only been taught "the Rule of Law" — meaning Administrative Processes and Commercial Contracts and Torts. A few know probate but don't know that probate courts are not authorized to be here in this country. They are fuzzy-headed about jurisdiction and where jurisdiction comes from, even though that is crucial knowledge if you are going to run an actual court. But they are not, overall, being trained to run actual courts. They are being trained to operate "Administrative Tribunals" that should not be here and functioning in this country, either. They try to call these private corporate tribunals "Judiciary Courts" to fool the people — but that is like claiming that an apple is "organic" because it contains carbon. "Judiciary Courts" are not authorized to be here and anyone using or participating in these farces needs to be arrested and deported under their own Roman Municipal Law. Fraud is just as deadly under Roman Municipal Law as it is under Roman Civil Law, so let's cut to the chase. The British Territorial U.S. Government was relinquished to England under the Organic Act of 1871. The Municipal United States Government was redefined under the same Organic Act of 1871. The effect of the Organic Act of 1871 was to fundamentally change the nature of the Federal Government – without any agreement on the part of the States of the Union and no ratification by their employers, the employees redefined their relationship with each other and with their employers via an act of legislation. The Territorial Government and presumably the Territorial "States" operating under Non-Conforming Constitutions were ceded back to England. The City of Washington, which is supposed to be operated as a plenary Congressional oligarchy by our American Federal Subcontractor, that is, the Federal Republic Congress, was extended to operate the entire District of Columbia. None of these Acts of Legislation by any Congress have any power to change the contractual obligations set forth by The Constitution of the United States of America nor The Constitution of the United States; however, this so-called Organic Act did profoundly expand the arbitrary power of the Municipal Congress over the District of Columbia and place the Territorial Government at a disadvantage, both in being under the thrall of the King or Queen, and also being subject to the whims of the Pope's Municipal Government while operating within the District of Columbia. This is not what the States of the Union envisioned and agreed to in either Constitution, but people at the time seem to have been fooled by the common misconception that legislated Acts of Congress could overcome the Constitutional intent and requirements. People outside the District of Columbia were hardly aware of the change. As a result of this "internal administration change" the Municipal Government which was clearly supposed to be limited in scope and to maintain its operations in the District of Columbia, redefined itself as a quasi-Territorial entity and began to usurp into the Territorial "States". And has no place in America, being misaddressed to Americans. As I have no permission to speak about anyone else, I will speak about myself and my own experience. I was born as a baby, a tiny little girl, in Wisconsin, on June 6th 1956, which is now many years ago. This miraculous event was duly recorded by my parents and other family members, and announced proudly in the local newspapers, "A daughter, Anna Maria...." Please note the language --- a "daughter", not a "female". And then, something happened at Memorial Hospital, in Neillsville, Wisconsin. A person who appeared to be working for the hospital asked my Mother to sign some routine paperwork. With no explanation of what this paperwork was, and no clarification regarding which "United States" was being referenced, and no specific knowledge of what the word "citizen" implied, my young Mother readily agreed that I was a "United States Citizen" of some kind. I still have a copy of the document that she and Doctor Robert Crohn signed to this effect, though clearly, my Mother didn't know what she was signing, and the doctor was not present at my actual physical birth and had no personal knowledge of what my political status might be, he signed it anyway. Just "routine" paperwork. Speaking to Dr. Crohn many years later, he admitted that he didn't know what the paperwork was for, other than to issue a Birth Certificate memorializing the event of my nativity. "Nativity" is another interesting word, related to "native" and bespeaking origin and such concepts as "nationality" and "nation".
