Mickeytone News was a segment that aired on The Disney Channel in the early years that updated viewers on upcoming projects from The Walt Disney Company. These would air between programs on the network. This installment is about the Christmas film One Magic Christmas. While Disney had anticipated this film to become a timeless classic like It's a Wonderful Life, the somber tone of the film turned off audiences.
