Jason Bermas fills in for Alex and takes a raft of calls on a number of subjects including Michael Reagan's death threats against Mark Dice, the suspicious "prison break" of 1000 Taliban fighters in Kandahar Afghanistan, how people should take steps towards implementing solutions by running for local office, and the suppression of alternative fuel development. Jason also talks to an airline worker who highlights how sensible airport security has been replaced by jackbooted power-tripping TSA thugs who get off on violating and humiliating people.

Filling in for Alex, Jason Bermas is joined by Stewart Howe of We Are Change L.A., who has filed a complaint against the neocon David Frum for assault after Frum physically attacked We Are Change members for asking him a question about 9/11 cover-up and potential criminal charges at a book signing event in April. Jason talks to Stewart about the success and effectiveness of We Are Change L.A. and similar groups across the country.

Jason welcomes Michael Marcavage of Repent America, who was arrested and convicted for exercising his First Amendment right outside of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia. Marcavage was found 'guilty' this week for rejecting a "verbal permit" and refusing to relocate to a "free speech zone" while preaching on the public sidewalk. The case is being appealed and an injunction against the unconstitutional policy will be filed.

Alex discusses the increasing trend of cops arbitrarily stealing camera film and memory drives from people who are treated as suspected terrorsts for merely photographing buildings. Alex is also joined by Aaron Zelman of Jews For The preservation of Firearms and Larry Pratt of Gun Owners of America to discuss the latest assaults on the second amendment and the proposed D.C. gun ban
