Here he just comes onto the camera when it's yelled, but in his cell phone vid, you can see the way his camera flies around when he runs and it's doing it before the guy yells out.

Third window from the right; possible flash from window 1 at the end but probably not. Later popping sound probably from something else that was moving, not gun shots because you only hear it in slow-mo. First pop seems to be from gun, synchs with the biggest flash. But could just be a shiny object.
