Following today’s unexpected, but fantastically welcome acquittal of J6 defendant Matthew Martin by U.S. District Judge Trevor N. McFadden — after a two-day bench trial — I’ve decided to release more of my own video from that day, raw and without narration. It begins at 9:32am as the crowds are arriving at the Washington Monument lawn, and I show a few minutes of what was happening there at the rally itself, right up until Trump took the stage at 11:57am. Then the video picks up with a short segment showing the kind of people walking toward the Capitol Building before all hell breaks loose in my camera frame at 1:19pm. From there, I show most of the important scenes I captured on the west side battle line until I entered the building shortly after 2:17pm. Following several interior shots, you’ll see Ashli Babbitt being wheeled out of the building on a gurney at exactly 3:00pm. I conclude with some scenes of the National Guard and several police units pushing the remaining crowd away from the Capitol, after dark. Part Two of my day in Washington DC on January 6th 2021. Video picks up as I arrived on the Capitol grounds after our walk down Pennsylvania Ave. By The time we got there, everyone was already kicked out of the Capitol. Unedited first person GoPro footage starting at the entrance of the Capitol grounds and ending at the top of the Capitol building where all the action was. Video is long, but I want you to truly get a feel for what is was like that day! All filming was done in public on public property which is protected by the first amendment, freedom of the press. No one can assume the right to privacy while in a public space.

My experience at the Trump stop the steal rally and March on January 6th 2021

Watch the peaceful crowd gathering to listen to President Trump and the other speeches on the Ellipse, and watch as the peaceful crowd walk to the Capitol sining songs and chanting Stop The Steel.

On January 6th, 2021 Donald Trump held a rally on the Ellipse in front of the White House. Hundreds of thousands of American citizens showed up and peacefully and politely showed their support amid a dearth of law enforcement presence. Straight, gay, white, black, Hispanic, Asian, Pacific-Islanders, men and women showed up and behaved well within the confines of the law. After a few dozen criminal trespassers broke into a poorly defended Capitol Building and a few hundred rubes entered after what they foolishly thought was an invitation after Capitol Police opened doors, the media went into overdrive. Along with demagogues in both political parties the media immediately spread a narrative of an insurrection. Regardless the damage this incorrect and hyperbolic narrative did to America’s reputation, the actors responsible could have cared less, so long as it successfully divided the country and denigrated 75 million voters who committed the ultimate crime: they voted for Donald Trump. This video is comprised of raw footage from that day. What you will see is unedited video, not fake stream, lame stream pontificating and cherry picking. This is the first of two videos. Judge for yourself if this is a prelude to an insurrection or simply a lawful rally in advance of constitutionally guaranteed right of redress assembly in front of the Capitol Building.
