In this video I go over the definition of individual because in the US codes it states that a person is an individual a corporation a trust a business partnership or whatever have you be depending on which US code you're reading or which UCC you're reading. But the US codes do not define individual as far as I have seen. Good old trusty black was dictionary comes to the rescue again by giving us a definition of a word that we all needed to have in order to fully understand who these codes pertain to.
