Halt & Catch Fire - TV Show - Clips

Another clip from my all time favourite show - Halt And Catch Fire - based around the emergence of the early PC in the 1980's. Fabulous characters and some superb music. Music here features "Violent Femmes" with the song "Blister In The Sun". This clip is from the Season One Episode Nine - one of the best episodes of all, with multiple things occurring at once. We see Cameron trying smoke and mirrors to attract convention visitors to their stand, and then the after party in room 1475. Meanwhile Joe, after a major setback with the new Giant computer is seen fretting that no one will visit........ Just a fantastic show, which is now available to buy on YT, if you enjoy a riveting and at times unsettling watch. For my second clip from Halt and Catch Fire, we jump forward from the first episode in Season One to the last episode in Season Two. Music in this clip is by the fabulous Talking Heads, and the song is called "Heaven". Following will be a live performance of the song from "Stop Making Sense" from 1984 - just David Byrne and Tina Weymouth out front for this song before the rest of the band join them later. This a great series, and with all four seasons now available to buy on YT, I can thoroughly recommend it - both for the show and some great music. The first series is from 2014, but is set in the early 1980's.
