The lack of unconscious urges to move and discomfort leaves many people with PLMD unaware of their night symptoms. I also have restless legs, where you get an irresistible urge to move your legs when you are sitting or lying down. I'll often feel vague but intense strange sensations in my legs. The sensations I feel are creeping, tugging or like insects crawling in my legs. I pace alot and constantly move my legs when im sitting/standing. During sleep my legs move spontaneously and uncontrollably.
