I watched a good deal of the part 2 thinking it was part 1... My takeaway from the bullet points is this is a very good starting point. I think you could compare Bullet 1 (Voter ID) to reinforcing the border wall, for immigration. The big problem as I see it was the lack of enforcement and the loopholes, mainly CATCH-AND-RELEASE, but that wall had to be redone first and Trump did it. But I'd think REMAIN IN MEXICO had more impact on the immigration numbers. The elections counterpart to "remain in mexico" is BANNING NO-EXCUSE MAIL IN VOTING. Although revoking EO 14019 and Bullet 5 against the long count is a start. This will have to be done incrementally. Excellent framework IMO but I'm open to changing my mind.
