Apparently, they didn't get the memo about Gas Chambers, Jews burned alive with Gasoline, Masturbated to Death (yes, some actually claimed that), Raped then Eaten Alive by Dogs/Bears/Falcons, Babies tossed into the air then shot like skeet, Electrocuted until only ash remained, etc. Very creative stuff.
