2023 Deer Season

After a long awesome season my little brother capped it off with getting another doe!

After a slow morning hunt with my friend I came back to the same spot that evening and was able to get a nice buck with some cool sticker points a few minutes before the end of legal light! Music Credit - YouTube Audio Library

We had 2 close calls on a few bucks but we didn't end up getting any of them.

If you have a food plot or crop fields to hunt you might want to stay pretty late this time of year.

Boone got his first turkey while we were deer hunting. We'd seen these turkeys before and they finally came in when fall turkey season was in!

Although I didn't see many deer I got to watch lots of other critters and get some close up video of some squirrels

I took my buddy and his dad deer hunting and my buddy was able to shoot his first deer.

The last day of muzzleloader season my little brother shot at a buck and grazed its belly and didn't kill it. The following day (which was the first day of regular firearms season) we made some small drives and he was able to kill his first buck! He shot it with a 12 gauge shotgun.
