The competing railroad is unaware of Buffalo Bill Jr.'s plan to preserve the town, so he and his sister Calamity must alert everyone before it's too late.

Wileyville is experiencing a drought, which is causing crops to fail and temperatures to spike. Two men arrive in the town with a Rain Maker due to the drought. The express office is robbed during a protest, and an innocent farmer is held accountable. The goal of Buffalo Bill Jr. and his sister Calamity was to identify the true villains.

A young Scotsman encounters his evil American relative, who is determined to inherit a family gold mine, even if it involves killing!

Bill collaborates with Doc Holliday and Wyatt Earp to apprehend an outlaw gang.

Snowy Kringle, an old sharpshooter, comes to town to show off his skills with a cap-and-ball pistol and flintlock rifle. The Deputy Sheriff is cautioned by the individual tasked with delivering the Army payroll that the elderly sharpshooter is actually a crook and is likely pursuing the payroll. All the evidence leads to the elderly man when the express office is robbed, but Annie believes he has been set up.

The ranches around Wileyville are being devastated by Ku Klux Klan renegades. Bill and Calamity choose to unhood the members themselves after the villagers refuse to do so.
