This truly pisses me off. The Colorado courts have committed the most heinous criminal behavior by not allowing Tina Peters to enter into evidence the data or the actual circumstances of the "trusted build" by Dominion. There's a lot of cover-up, and they should never have tried this in the first place. But they've held onto Tina because of one issue: she can expose the crimes of the State. Jared Polis (@GovofCO ) needs to get "educated" on why stating "Justice is not for sale" is a ridiculous and superfluous remark. Justice is what the court system is all about. This Trial should have been a Federal Trial as it was in 2020 and the Fraud (election denier my ass) was committed to try and take down President Trump! Nino thinks that if the James Comey's Case is dismissed, that people are going to be pissed. Juan gives you a chance to see what the Art of War by Sun Tzu really is.. Juan talks with NINO in a short clipped presentation with the new details about Tina Peters. Solitary Confinement in the Low/Medium Security Facility puts her in the total control of the State of Colorado. We are waiting patiently and Tina is doing better with her cough and discomfort and had the chest x-ray taken Tuesday. She is still coughing but is a bit better. She appreciates all the prayer from everyone. She went to ‘med’ line to get her meds tonight. The nurse put 9 pills into a tiny cup and then filled it with water and handed it to her. Tina said she couldn’t drink it as the pills were all melting in the water together. She asked for another cup of water. She was denied. She passed on meds tonight.” Expect to hear from me again this week—or even daily as I get the latest updates on Tina’s situation. As many of you are aware, I’ve done numerous interviews over the last week regarding Tina Peter’s situation and we are in a critical moment. The current status is Tina remains jailed in a women’s prison in Colorado with no change. Tina’s fight with corrupt official in Colorado began over five years ago. She has been in custody in Colorado’s prison system for over a year now. Her appeal—scheduled to be heard mid-January 2026—she will almost certainly win. However, this is not the only battle Tina is facing. Tina is a lung cancer survivor in remission at the time she was taken into custody. One-third of her right lung was removed shortly after the discovery. From red light therapy to a magnetic bed cover for circulation she brought with her, Tina is a very health-conscience individual, exemplified in her appearance and lifestyle as Jennifer and I observed during her visit with us in Hawaii last Summer in 2024. Five years of legal battles and her subsequent incarceration have taken its toll on her physical health. Mentally she’s ready to stay in the fight, but as we all know, there are limits. While in custody she has had death threats within the prison walls as well as through mail. Her prison mates and correctional staff have ‘set her up’ at different times to get punished. For instance, while on kitchen duty she accidentally burned some toast and as punishment was put in solitary confinement. Not to make too light of the matter here, the temperature in her cell has been extremely cold with the temperature in the 40s at night at 50’s during the daytime—one of her visitors brought in a thermometer during the daytime to confirm these concerns. With very thin blankets, this qualities as inhumane treatment. Let’s be clear, this physical and mental treatment is intentional. Last week , Tina began to cough, which was reminiscent, in her opinion, of the cough she had when she was diagnosed with lung cancer. Years earlier, when she had this same cough, her doctors blew it off until the cancer was fully and visibly metastasizing in her lung. Today, Tina is extremely miserable, having a hard time breathing. Many nights her constant coughing keeps her awake. When she went to the prison clinic early last week, they scheduled her to get a lung x-ray over a week later (on Tuesday, November 18th). Waiting like this is unacceptable with the cancer risk. Let’s not forget: Tina Peters should never have gone through trial in the first place. Even after the trial she should have easily qualified to be released on bond, pending the appeal of her conviction. President Trump has called her a NATIONAL HERO and POLITICAL PRISONER. He has directly called for the Governor of Colorado and the U.S. Attorney General to release her. There have been numerous suggestions as to how she can be released by Federal intervention and/or Presidential action. But thus far… crickets. Peter Ticktin is now lead attorney on Tina’s case. His background is he is President Trump’s very close friend stemming back from high school. He has informed President Trump of the recent change in Tina’s physical condition, and also stated that Tina’s situation is the first and last thing on his mind daily.

UPDATE ON TINA PETERS: Tina has been moved to solitary confinement today after filing a grievance with the warden about a teacher in the prison making statements to numerous other inmates about her. Some of those inmates informed Tina that this teacher was speaking openly about the fact that Tina is never going to leave prison, that the state will never let her out, etc. Tina asked this teacher about their statements about her while passing them in the halls of the facility. This resulted in the teacher and inmates antagonizing Tina and ganging up on her verbally. Inmates openly supported the teacher and their statements and berated Tina for not telling the media to stay silent on her conditions and details of her case. At the suggestion of another inmate, Tina filed a grievance against the teacher this morning. Tina was then brought to medical for a physical evaluation consisting of a strip search, a meeting with mental health, followed by the manager of mental health in the facility, and then made to wait for several hours. Tina was then informed that she would be moved to solitary confinement due to an investigation involving internal affairs. She was told the investigation could take up to 17 days. She expects to remain in solitary for the duration of the investigation. As of now, she has been removed from her normal cell and is currently being held in solitary confinement. She has been told she “is not being punished” and has been allowed to keep her iPad, but does not have access to the internet, and therefore cannot call any of her approved contacts or her attorneys unless the rest of the pod is put back in their cells until she has completed her calls. She is in a windowless cell again with no contact, and will be allowed out of her cell 1-2 hours per day. This is a difficult day for Tina as you can imagine, especially considering this is the eve of her Mother’s 97th birthday. Please keep Tina Peters in your prayers, and pray that an honest investigation is performed into the misconduct of the individuals involved for the inappropriate and willful targeting of a political prisoner.
