Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke to reporters outside the White House about the two-week negotiation period to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). She emphasized that President Trump will remain committed to enforcing immigration laws. Leavitt also discussed the president's comments encouraging the GOP to nationalize elections, and the upcoming discussions between Special Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff and Iran following the U.S. shooting down an Iranian drone.
