LFX Fiero

Looking at the engine in the donor car of my fiero.

Looking at the donor car underneath.

Brainstorming possible Fiero swap solutions.

This is an idea for how to get the proper strut tower position on the fiero.

Making templates to capture the geometry of the suspension so that I will have the same geometry in the Fiero.

I tightened down the tabs and welded some old fuel rail between to capture the geometry of the strut tower. The passenger template is finished. On to the driver side.

The donor engine for the Fierro project is officially out of the impala and sitting on the ground. Now to figure out how to make it fit.

The dashboard is off, and the wiring harness is in the process of being removed. There are some trouble areas with the harness. I’ll have to do some research to figure out what’s going on with those.

Problems with the headliner harness and the aluminum dash support.
