Dawless Jams

First jam with my TR-606. Excellent drum machine and I am in love with the playability when combined with the TB-03. I have them synced with a MPC1000 as the master clock and a Kenton D-sync to convert MIDI to DIN sync for this 40 year old drum machine. The TB-03 is being routed through an Elektron Analog Drive using a clean gain. In the future, I will probably load up some samples on the 1000 to make a more complete track, this was just me playing around.

Lofi style jam made with 1.4mb of samples on a single floppy disk.

Was bored tonight and threw together this little beat with a couple of samples on my MPC2000 classic. Arrangement is kinda wack, but I was just messing around. was switching between note variation recorded in 16 level mode and the filter on the variation slider to get a lot out of that little one shot sample. I think the filters in these old MPCs sound really nice. Recorded it directly from the MPC into my Zoom Q2N camera.

Little track I made tonight with a Mutable Instruments Plaits sequenced by intellijel Metropolis fed into Eventide Euro DDL and Afterneath. Drums are from TR8s and the bassline is coming from a Korg Monologue I have routed into my modular and through a Endorphines Milky Way module. The sequence shifts octaves using the clep diaz, and the synth is filtered with the ALM MUM M8. I think this came out pretty nice and it is the first thing I ever recorded with the Plaits module.

Simple beat with a MPC2000 classic sequencing synthesizers and sampled drums. The synths used were the KORG Minilogue XD, Roland SH-32, Roland D05, and KORG Volca Kick. Compression is done with a RNLA.

-Jul 28, 2019- Got a SP-404 recently and am starting to get used to it. Definitely starting to like this little machine. Sampled the drum sounds from my Drumbrute into the 404 and the piano I just got from a youtube video.

Dec 22, 2019 First time jamming with my Roland SH-32. Made this little track today. Audio is bad because I am recording through webcam software. One day I will get a zoom recorder or something to make the sound better.

Beat made with drum hits and a couple of sounds sampled into my MPC2000. Recorded on a Zoom Q2N via headphone output of MPC.

First video with my new camera, definitely less of a headache than trying to record on webcam and OBS. This is a little jam recorded on my MPC2000, Roland D-05, and Minilogue XD module.
