Sweet and Simple Stir Fry on the Blackstone Griddle

Sweet and Simple Stir Fry: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sweet-and-simple-stir-fry Ingredients Cooking oil 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs ¾ cup teriyaki sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste or several cloves garlic, minced 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced 1 cup onion, sliced 2 cups zucchini, sliced 1 cup coleslaw mix ½ cup carrots, shredded 1–2 lbs stir-fry noodles (recommended: Ka'Me Udon Stir-Fry Noodles) Salt and black pepper, to taste Garnish Fresh cilantro, chopped Sriracha hot sauce Sesame seeds Directions 1. Place the chicken pieces in a resealable bag with ¾ cup teriyaki sauce and garlic. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours. 2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on high heat. 3. Drizzle oil onto the hot griddle and spread it evenly. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is about three-quarters done, then push it to one side. 4. Add a little more oil to the other side of the griddle. Add the red pepper, green pepper, onion, zucchini, coleslaw mix, and carrots. Stir and cook until the vegetables begin to soften. 5. Mix the chicken and vegetables together on the griddle and continue cooking, stirring often, so everything cooks evenly without burning. 6. Add the noodles and toss them with the chicken and vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well. 7. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce, stir to coat, and cook for another minute. 8. Remove from the griddle and transfer to a serving dish. Top with cilantro, sriracha, and sesame seeds. 9. Serve hot and enjoy! Lamb Chops with Bold Flavor!

Lamb Chops with Lemon Sherry Mayo: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/lamb-chops-with-lemon-sherry-mayo Ingredients 12 small red potatoes, quartered Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning (or any herb seasoning of choice) 2/3 cup mayonnaise 2 lemons 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley, chopped 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cleaned 6 cloves garlic, smashed 2 sprigs fresh oregano 1 sprig fresh rosemary 12 lamb chops Olive oil Salt and pepper Directions 1. Set your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil and add the quartered potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning. Let them cook, stirring occasionally. 2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of salt and pepper, Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning, parsley, and a splash of sherry vinegar. Mix well and set aside. 3. On the other side of the griddle, drizzle a little olive oil and add the smashed garlic, oregano, and rosemary. Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing frequently until fragrant. Add the garlic and herbs to the potatoes, cover with a dome, and allow them to cook through. 4. Season the lamb chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning on all sides. Increase the heat to high. Once the oil starts to smoke, place the lamb chops on the griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until your desired doneness is reached. 5. When the lamb chops are almost done (about 90% cooked), add the asparagus to the griddle. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon over the asparagus. 6. Plate some asparagus, then top with the potatoes and garlic. Add 3 lamb chops to each plate and drizzle with the lemon sherry mayo. Serve immediately. Mahi-Mahi Fish Tacos: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/mahi-mahi-fish-tacos Ingredients Tacos 1–1.5 lbs mahi-mahi (or tuna, grouper, or catfish) 1–2 Tbsp avocado oil 1 Tbsp Blackstone Street Taco seasoning Corn tortillas Slaw 1 bag coleslaw mix 3–4 green onions, thinly sliced ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1–2 tsp sugar ½ tsp salt Juice of 1 lime 1–2 Tbsp oil Pickled Red Onions & Jalapeños 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1–2 jalapeños, sliced ½ cup vinegar (white or apple cider) ½ cup water 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt Crema ½ cup sour cream (or table cream) Juice of 1 lime 2 Tbsp cilantro Pinch of salt ½ tsp citrus mojo seasoning (optional) Directions 1. In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, green onions, and cilantro. Add the sugar, salt, lime juice, and oil, then toss well. Let rest for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate for up to 4–6 hours. 2. Place the sliced onion and jalapeños in a bowl. In a small pan (or on the Blackstone), heat the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour the mixture over the onions and jalapeños, then set aside to cool and marinate. 3. Blend together the sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and citrus mojo (if using) until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. 4. If necessary, remove the skin from the mahi-mahi and cut it into chunks. Season the fish with the taco seasoning. 5. Preheat the griddle to medium heat, add avocado oil, and cook the fish for about 2–3 minutes per side until lightly crusted and cooked through. 6. Lightly oil the griddle and warm the corn tortillas until soft and pliable. Keep them warm in foil or a taco rack. 7. To assemble, place some slaw on each tortilla, add pieces of fish, top with pickled onions and jalapeños, and finish with a drizzle of crema. 8. Sous Vide Ribeye: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/sous-vide-ribeye Ingredients lb bone-in ribeye steak 1 tbsp Blackstone Essentials Blend 1 tbsp Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning 1 tbsp Blackstone High Plains Seasoning ½ stick butter 2–3 garlic cloves, smashed 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary 2–3 sprigs fresh thyme 1–2 tsp avocado oil Resealable plastic bag (zip-top) for sous vide Directions 1. Preheat a sous vide water bath to 128°F. 2. Season the ribeye steak generously with Blackstone Essentials Blend. 3. Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag, using the water displacement method to remove air before sealing. 4. Cook the steak in the sous vide bath for 1.5 hours. 5. Remove the steak from the bag and pat completely dry with paper towels. 6. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high to high heat and lightly oil the surface with avocado oil. 7. Season the steak with Blackstone Steakhouse and High Plains seasonings. 8. Add a little avocado oil to the griddle, place the steak down, and set a press on top. 9. Flip the steak every 30 seconds until a deep crust forms; remember it is already cooked, so you are only searing for flavor and color. 10. In the last minute of searing, add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the griddle and baste the steak in the garlic-herb butter. 11. Remove the steak from the griddle and let it rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board. 12. Slice against the grain and spoon the buttery garlic-herb sauce over the steak before serving. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to low heat. 2. Drizzle cooking oil on the griddle and cook the mozzarella sticks, rolling them occasionally until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 3. Turn the griddle to high heat, form the ground prime rib into two 4-ounce patties, and season both sides with Bootleg Burger seasoning. 4.
