The Phasmophobia weekly challenge was an absolute nightmare: Prison, tier 1 gear, no sanity, no breaker, no smudges, no crucifix, and a ghost that runs laps like it’s training for a marathon. Spoiler: it was not fun. We scraped together one clue and called it a wash. But then we reset with a good old-fashioned Willow Street investigation—and that’s when Phasmo shines. Tonight’s Phasmo run was all over the place, and it was glorious! First we explored the newly revamped Grafton—creepy as ever with the wind howling through broken windows. Then came “Prison Breakin,” where we could only use what we carried in (and no lights at first!). This week’s challenge is basically ghostly freeze tag… but the second match hit us with a Blood Moon twist! Sanity drain, speed boost—it threw all my internal cues completely off. Sometimes Phasmo really tests your patience—but somehow, it’s still a good time. 😅 We started off short-handed and figured a chill Tanglewood match would ease us in. (It mostly did... after waiting for our team.) Then we decided to try the weekly challenge—Hide and Seek Hide—on Point Hope. We did it once, and yeah… now we remember why we haven’t been doing that one. 😒 We finished the night with a regular match on Willow, and even then the ghost was committed to being as annoying as possible. But hey, even when the ghosts are trolling and the challenge is chaos, it’s still a fun night when you’ve got good company and lots of jokes flying. We started off with the Detectives Only weekly challenge and while we didn’t manage to get a perfect score, we still nailed 2 out of 3 rounds! After that, we shifted focus to Point Hope, working towards the badge for that crazy map. We didn’t quite get it this time, but we did find the bone early on, and once we did, we knew we had to go for a perfect game.
