March 2025 Challenge Releases

Well In a spiral of pure Insanity, I have made the decision to do this again. We Accomplished the first and second challenge Why not a Third? Starting this Puppy off Loud and Fast.

As The Wolves Bay at the moon, You Bundle up in your bed. Pushing the thoughts out your head, The Ones that haunt you before bed. As All Eyes Of The Forest Befall upon the glimmering lights of your home. The Timber and the glass that Keep the Nightmares out, Once came from the place's that Haunt your thoughts. Hush Now, Pray the Suns Breath Lights another day. For the Forest is always just a hop, skip and jump away.

The whispers of the future, They come like waves. lapping at the shores of my mind like waves from turbulent seas. Alas Those Turbulent Seas Have Grown Still and now no whispers come in, A Quite Hollow Void fills the air. Where did the whispers of the future go?

The Sirens Song, The alluring sounds. Tempting all who hear her song unto her lair, Most Know of Her Rejection However The Ones That Pass Her Trial. She Bestows unto them a Gift. Not of Pearl or Gold But a Knowledge, of an Undeniable reality and a Brief Glimpse of things to come. Perhaps that Gift is the true Venom, For once you sip from the cup of knowledge, None can Turn Back.

The Flames purify and cleanse the lands so new life my Spring from the Charred Earth. The Flames Remove the sins of the past and allow for a rebirth, just as the phoenix will Rise from the ashes, So will you.

One Small Step For Man and One Giant Leap for man Kind, Hmm Kinda Funny now when you think about it. All the Wars, famines and disasters lead us to that moment. Yet we Flounder, Fail to grow or move forward, Festering in Pitts of Self Loathing and hatred. Marred By the Sins of the past, Ignoring the present and the promise it brings. YOU Choose to be a poison OR a verdant Tree... What will you choose? One Small step for man or The Poison that Ruins all in its wake?

Between Here and There but nowhere at the same time, we drift, twirl, spin and swim through the vastness of an existence, Home to many yet as time progresses home to none. For between here and there we are drifting through nowhere.

Darkness Momentarily fades as we pass those shiny little signs along the highway inviting us to dine, refuel and rest our wary heads. Enticing us with their alluring colors and faint glowing promises. The Illusions of Grandeur promised in those fleeting moments, They illicit visions of a full belly and a comforting cup of coffee. As they fade into the distance, The still of the darkness takes hold and thoughts no longer wonder. For the temptation that came in as a beautiful little light has passed and the journey is far from over.

Dreams Fade in and out as we slowly drift off into space, planning and designing stories to entertain us, in mind numbing tasks. They say we are wide awake however we are not present in that moment, taken on journey until we fall back into reality, with an abrupt realization. Tasks complete, Off to the next one.

A Vision of a Serpent, scales to Toxic to Touch. Venom that steals the light of life itself and Its Eyes that freeze its victims in fear for all eternity. A Potent collection of defensive traits, almost makes one wonder why they need so much protection. What hunts them?
