In this video I share with you as I use one of my favorite cog threads to help lift my cheeks! N25 38mm Cog threads are the smallest cogs that I have seen and used and they give a beautiful natural lift. Please note: If you are looking for a more EXTREME lift, while I do this these are the best "starter cog thread to learn with" they will not be the ones that give you that extremem look, you will want to use a larger thread.
