    📹 EXCLUSIVE STREET FOOTAGE — FULL MOB ATTACK CAUGHT ON CAMERA Today I stumbled across two WISE enforcement officers in Birmingham targeting a foreign gentleman who didn’t speak much English. They were in the middle of issuing another illegal and fraudulent Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) — demanding cash on the spot, which is a massive red flag 🚩 and completely unlawful under UK law. When I stepped in to question them, they became abusive, defensive, and threatening — falsely claiming they’d have me arrested, that I’d be banned from Birmingham, and that I was “in a lot of trouble.” 🚨 Moments later, they ran and hid inside Tesco, but it didn’t stop there. In a shocking escalation, two Tesco employees teamed up with the two WISE officers — along with two members of the public — to form a mob that surrounded me violently, and stole my phone in a coordinated act of assault and theft. 📢 THIS IS WHY WE FILM.
