It’s important that we understand the difference between holy days and holidays, and the purpose thereof. The Lord commanded that we do not partake in man’s traditions, because they cause us to lose sight of the importance of his holy days, which are his plan for our salvation. In this lesson, we’re going to go over why you should think twice before paying reverence to traditions created by man. UPDATE: Not all traditional celebratory days are forbidden. As long as they do not conflict with the Law, they are acceptable. Do your due diligence. If you are not sure, DO NOT partake in it. The Lord tasked Moses with delivering the commandments of the all-mighty God to us. Many may wonder how men and women handled a female’s time of separation during her menstrual cycle in ancient times. They may ask how it’s even possible by today’s standard. There are very clear laws set by God that governed everything, including, believe it or not, menstruation. Though, the bible does not expressly mention the Law or the Commandments by name in the beginning, as it did in the days of Moses until today, there are many instances deep within scripture that indicate the abidance of God’s law long before it’s presentation to Israel. The Law of Her that is Sick of Her Flowers, which dictated how we were to handle the uncleanness of a female’s menstrual cycle, is one example. In this lesson we’re going to go over how this law was and should be handled by today’s standard, according to scripture. Adam was, at one point, the pinnacle of God’s creation. And I believe he’ll be in the kingdom. But, if the Lord killed him for his disobedience, what do you think he’ll do to us now, as far as we’ve fallen? Well, you can read about it in Hebrews 10:26. Jesus already died for our sins. And now we have the truth. Don’t Jesus’ death and die for your own sins. It’s pretty clear what happens to those who willfully sin. Don’t do it.

Depending on what church you attend or what your faith is, you may be under the belief that, when you die, you either go to heaven or you go to hell. Some may even be under the illusion that there's some form of purgatory, where you wander in limbo for eternity. These are the things many believe because they've ingrained in us.
