The world recognizes midnight as the beginning of each day. However, from the beginning, God commanded the order of operation of each day to cycle from the evening to the morning. This indicates that each day begins at evening, which scripture identifies as taking place at sundown. In this lesson, we're going to cover this order of operation, as well as its application in various events throughout the bible, and use it to determine the make up of a day in God's calendar, according to his Word.

Many are under the belief that unclean foods are now clean and good to eat. This is due to improper teaching and a lack of understanding. Many like to use Mark 7:19, Acts 10:14-15 and 1 Timothy 4:4-5 as their go-to bible verses for justifying their consumption of that which is unclean. But are they justified, or have they been led astray? In scripture, there is often a bigger picture involved than the reading of just one or two verses. To see and understand it, you must go precept upon precept. In this lesson, we’re going to go over the Law and the true meaning behind the aforementioned verses.

Many may wonder how men and women handled a female’s time of separation during her menstrual cycle in ancient times. They may ask how it’s even possible by today’s standard. There are very clear laws set by God that governed everything, including, believe it or not, menstruation. Though, the bible does not expressly mention the Law or the Commandments by name in the beginning, as it did in the days of Moses until today, there are many instances deep within scripture that indicate the abidance of God’s law long before it’s presentation to Israel. The Law of Her that is Sick of Her Flowers, which dictated how we were to handle the uncleanness of a female’s menstrual cycle, is one example. In this lesson we’re going to go over how this law was and should be handled by today’s standard, according to scripture. Adam was, at one point, the pinnacle of God’s creation. And I believe he’ll be in the kingdom. But, if the Lord killed him for his disobedience, what do you think he’ll do to us now, as far as we’ve fallen? Well, you can read about it in Hebrews 10:26. Jesus already died for our sins. And now we have the truth. Don’t Jesus’ death and die for your own sins. It’s pretty clear what happens to those who willfully sin. Don’t do it.

The Lord tasked Moses with delivering the commandments of the all-mighty God to us. Within that list of commandments lies the fifth commandment; “Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.” In this lesson, we’re going to learn the importance and power of honoring our parents, and what can happen if we don’t.
