ABC Kids August 11, 2006 Power Rangers Mystic Force Ep 23 Heir Apparent II
TThe Classic ChannelUdonna, following the final events of part 1, runs towards Leanbow. Udonna: "Leanbow, could it really be you?!" Udonna and Leanbow then hug. Leanbow: "I don't know how to explain... but it's true - I am alive." Madison: "This is unbelievable." Nick is convinced that this is a trick of Koragg's. Imperious informs them that Leanbow may have survived, but Solaris Knight didn't. In the Dimension of Wandering Souls, Jenji survives from the sand and coughs out Daggeron. Jenji complains and Daggeron assures him it was much worse for him. Daggeron tells Jenji they must go and stop Imperious. In the Underworld, Imperious decides to finish what he has started and begins to cast a spell which Leanbow counters with one of his own - Leanbow then casts a teleportation spell that takes him, Udonna and the Rangers from the pit; Leelee is very disappointed at everything she is witnessing. Leanbow, Udonna and the Rangers arrive in the surface. Although Udonna has no doubts about Leanbow, the Rangers are hesitant; Nick points out various times that, as Koragg, Leanbow had almost destroyed them and his wife - Leanbow does not blame them. The Rangers then sit as Leanbow tries to explain what happened to him after the gates were sealed - Leanbow's plan had been working and the Master was sinking into the pit, but suddenly the Master casts a spell that morphed Leanbow into the devoted Koragg; as Koragg, Leanbow had remembered nothing of his life until the battle where he removed the virus from their Manticore Megazord. After that, flashes of his former life began to emerge. The Rangers still remain skeptical. Leanbow is sorry. Udonna knows how strong the Master's magic is before she walks towards her husband, when she suddenly stumbles - the Rangers catch her in response and Leanbow races over; Udonna tells Leanbow that she use a spell from the Book of Dark Spells and now she is vulnerable as any human. Imperious then teleports onto the scene. Leanbow tells Udonna that she cannot stay as she is in no condition to fight - Udonna protests and the Rangers agree as well; Despite Udonna's protest, Leanbow casts a teleportation spell that takes Udonna to Root Core where she collapses onto the floor - Clare races over. Necrolai, Imperious and the Chimera face down Leanbow while the Rangers morph into action. The Master still has control over Leanbow and begins making his presence felt: Leanbow cries out in pain and uses his Ancient Mystic armor but Necrolai still grabs a hold of him. Chimera attacks the Rangers as Necrolai disappears through a dark seal with Leanbow. Solaris Knight teleports onto the scene while riding on a unicorn, firing a few Laser Lamp shots upon arrival to delay the Chimera's attack for time, and informs the Rangers that the unicorn is their new friend Brightstar who can travel through dimensions and combine with their Zords. The skies clear and Solaris Knight and Imperious agree to a bond battle, teleporting to a separate setting for this battle. In the pit, Necrolai drags Leanbow to the hole where the Master both regains control of and re-morphs Leanbow into Koragg. Imperious and Daggeron face each other as Jenji introduces them. The combatants assume their Ancient Mystic armors and the bond battle, through Jenji's announcing, immediately begins. Meanwhile, Red Ranger is still upset over Koragg being Leanbow but soon the Rangers have no time as a giant Chimera appears - to this end, Red Ranger rides Brightstar into battle with both morphing to Mystic Titan form to form the Phoenix Unizord for the battle. A second later, the other Rangers fly into action now morphed as the Mystic Dragon - the Zord battle with Chimera is now starting to intensify. Soon, the Mystic Dragon is defeated and Madison, Vida, Chip and Xander demorph to the ground. To complicate matters, Koragg and Catastros, as the Centaurus Wolf Megazord, soon arrive. At Root Core, Clare cares for Udonna who soon hears the crystal ball and gets up, despite Clare's protests that she should rest. Udonna and Clare look at the crystal ball and Udonna is devastated that Leanbow has re-morphed against his will into Koragg. At the real world, Red Ranger destroys Chimera first and then starts battling Koragg. Solaris Knight and Imperious continue with their bond battle. In the pit, Necrolai is thrilled that the Legend powers worked and the Master is able to rise. Red Ranger and Koragg are still in their Zord form fight, but soon a strong blow from both sides has them knocked out of Zord form instantly - despite this, Red Ranger and Koragg continue the clash. Eventually, Red Ranger's Magi Staff's Sword Mode is knocked out of his hand, but instantly Koragg refuses to fight an unarmed opponent and so tosses Red Ranger's Magi Staff back, resulting in the battle's resumption - Red Ranger, still angry, wants to know why Koragg never destroyed them when he had the opportunity. Madison, Vida, Chip and Xander continue to serve as the battle's audience; Madison thinks she knows the answer and the rest of the Rangers agree: the reason Koragg never destroyed them while the potential chance was there is because there is still a small part of Leanbow inside. Elsewhere, Daggeron and Imperious continue with their face-off. Eventually, Daggeron wins the battle, but Imperious cheats by knocking Jenji back in his lamp and attacking Daggeron with lasers; Daggeron is knocked out of his Ancient Mystic armor with Imperious following suit. Daggeron and Imperious continue to battle and Daggeron finally destroys Imperious who then tells Daggeron, before vanishing into dust, that with his destruction, a more powerful Terror will arise. At Root Core, Udonna is devastated over re-losing Leanbow to the Master; soon Clare tells Udonna that she once told her anything is possible with magic. But Udonna has lost all hope. Clare covers Udonna with a red blanket which Udonna immediately recognizes as the one she used with Bowen and so sits up and asks Clare where she found the blanket - Clare tells her that it was in Nick's backpack, but she doesn't think Nick will mind; Udonna tells Clare that she does believe in magic and races out with the blanket. Clare is happy to see Udonna so joyful. Koragg and Red Ranger's battle is still unfinished. Eventually Koragg strikes a powerful blow that demorphs Nick - the battle is now closed; Koragg is ready to deliver the final strike now that the chance is available when Udonna screams at Leanbow to stop - Koragg stops instantly and Udonna walks up to him; Udonna, addressing Koragg as Leanbow, tells him that Nick is their son, Bowen and then tells Nick that she knew there was a reason for him being here: Nick/Bowen is destined to be the most powerful wizard of them all and so, with that, Koragg reaches over to touch Nick's face and then demorphs to Leanbow for a second time - Vida, Xander, Madison and Chip are astonished at the turn of events. It takes Nick several moments to take in the fact that Udonna is his mother and Leanbow is his father; the reunion is short-lived as the Master breaks into the surface world. Leanbow casts a spell that won't allow Udonna and the Rangers to move as he goes into Ancient Mystic armor to finish the battle he had started with the Master, the battle now being held at the pit. Leanbow manages to re-sink the Master back into the depths but he is trapped with him as well; the pit crumbles all around Necrolai who is there as well. After the defeat of the Master, the Legend power is returned to the Rangers. Udonna realizes she has re-lost Leanbow. Nick walks up to his mom and places his hand on her shoulder, giving her a small bit of comfort. Inside Root Core, Daggeron is talking to Nick about what they still have to face, informing Nick about Leanbow, but Nick doesn't want to hear it - he does not care if Leanbow is his father or not... Leanbow had spent the last several months trying to destroy them. Daggeron and Nick argue until Udonna walks in and tells them what a pleasant day it is and asks Nick how come he hasn't cleaned up Root Core. Daggeron decides to give them some privacy and walks away. Udonna is very confident in Leanbow's return and tells Nick she has not lost her senses. Yesterday, Udonna thought she had lost them both forever, now she knows anything is possible. Nick comments that he has finally found his mom and now he is doing chores, but goes off to do them. Udonna smiles.38 views 1 comment -
HBO Channel Oct 8, 2007 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers The Movie
TThe Classic ChannelAs the film begins, Angel Grove is holding a charity carnival to save the local observatory in time for the arrival of Ryan's Comet, which is set to pass by Earth in three days. Among the events is a skydiving competition, which Rocky, Adam, Billy, Aisha, Kimberly, Tommy (the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), and Bulk and Skull are in. Though the Rangers' performances and landings impress the crowds and their young friend Fred Kelman, Bulk and Skull miss the landing field entirely and end up parachuting down into a construction site. As they leave, the crew stumbles upon a strange chamber containing a giant egg. While rollerblading to Ernie's, the Rangers are summoned to the Command Center by their mentor Zordon and his robotic aide Alpha 5. Zordon tells them the tale of Ivan Ooze, an intergalactic tyrant that he and a team of warriors trapped inside a Hyperlock Chamber six thousand years ago, and which the construction crew has just discovered. Fearing for Ivan's return, Zordon tells the Rangers to head to the chamber and rebury it before the arrival of an enemy beyond all imagination. As night falls on the city, the construction site stirs with life as Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa appear to release Ivan Ooze from his captivity and direct his vengeance towards Zordon. When the Rangers arrive, Ivan summons his own personal minions to fight them while he teleports to the Command Center and proceeds to destroy it. By the time the Rangers finish off the Oozemen, their powers vanish. Returning to the Command Center, the Rangers witness the destruction left by Ivan and rush to Zordon's side. With his time-warp shattered, Zordon is rapidly aging and dying. The Rangers seek a way to save their mentor, and so Alpha tells them of a great power on the distant planet Phaedos that could save Zordon, but not without great risk. Using the last of the Command Center's power, the Rangers are teleported to Phaedos. Up on the moon, Ivan Ooze returns to Lord Zedd's palace and is angered by Rita for not destroying the Rangers. Annoyed at their incompetence, Ivan turns on Zedd and Rita by trapping them in a snow globe, then gives their minions Goldar and Mordant the choice to either swear allegiance to him or be trapped with Rita and Zedd. To save their own hides, they agree to serve him. Ivan then creates an army of Tengu Warriors to find the Rangers on Phaedos and destroy them. On Phaedos, the Rangers are attacked by the Tengu and are nearly killed, until a female warrior appears and drives them off. She orders the Rangers to leave with their lives while they can. When she is told of Ivan Ooze's escape and his attack on Zordon, she introduces herself as Dulcea, Master Warrior of Phaedos, and agrees to help the Rangers find the great power. In Angel Grove, Ivan establishes an abandoned factory as his personal lair and begins his plan to rebuild a pair of weapons Zordon had buried long ago, the Ectomorphicon Titans, but he needs added manpower to dig them out. Disguising himself as a wizard, Ivan infiltrates the charity carnival and gives out free jars of ooze to the children. Though the kids and teenagers only see it as a fun novelty, the ooze hypnotizes adults on skin contact and turns them into Ivan's zombie-like slave laborers. When the Tengu return and report their failure and Dulcea's involvement to Ivan, he responds by blowing them up and ordering the adults to finish the excavation by dusk. When Fred's own father goes missing after coming into contact with a jar of ooze, Fred sets out to find him and discovers Ivan at the construction site. From his hiding place, he is able to learn of Ivan's true plans. As they stand around the campfire, Dulcea teaches the Rangers about Ninjetti, the Great Power that makes all things possible, and the hidden temple where it resides. She cannot travel with them to seek it because she would age and perish like Zordon currently is, so Dulcea instead gives the Rangers new powers based on the six Ninjetti animals: the red Ape, the black Frog, the blue Wolf, the yellow Bear, the pink Crane, and the white Falcon. On their way, they must battle a living dinosaur skeleton and contend with the four Gatekeepers of the temple before the Great Power is bestowed upon them, allowing them to morph into the Power Rangers again and return to Earth. Back on Earth, the Ectomorphicon Titans are fully rebuilt. After commanding the adults to go leap to their doom at the construction site, Ivan brings his creations to life and orders them to destroy Angel Grove as he and Goldar watch from the observatory. Fred, having followed Ivan, runs to Ernie's and rallies the other kids and Bulk and Skull to help him rescue the adults, and they all take the Monorail to the construction site. When the Rangers return to Earth, they call upon their new Ninjazords to battle the Titans. They destroy the first of the Titans, Scorpitron, and corner its partner Hornitor. Angry, Ivan fuses with Hornitor to increase its power, takes the observatory out of the ground to use as a lance, and destroys the monorail track as he marches forward to battle. The Rangers form the Ninja Megazord to try and destroy him, while Tommy is briefly forced to protect the kids by helping the monorail avoid falling off the broken track. He soon rejoins the battle to form the Ninja FalconMegazord. At the construction site, Fred orders the kids to put all their strength in holding back the hypnotized adults from jumping, while Bulk and Skull help him use a cherry picker with a fire hose to push them back further. Now flight-capable, the Rangers lure Ivan off of Earth and into space, where they intend to lure him into the path of Ryan's Comet. Ivan proves hard to shake off and the Rangers are unable to break free from his grip as the comet draws near, but the Rangers throw Ivan off their Megazord with a knee to his groin (courtesy of Aisha) and quickly leave as Ivan crashes into the comet. With Ivan's death, the adults are also freed from his hypnosis and reunited with their children. The Rangers return to the Command Center, only to be told by Alpha that Zordon has already died. The Rangers mourn his loss, until Tommy reminds them that anything is possible with the Great Power. The Rangers form a circle around him and infuse him with the energy of their new powers. As a result, Zordon is successfully revived and restored to his time warp, while the Command Center is also repaired and returned to its former glory as if nothing happened. The Rangers and Zordon are very happy to see that each other is all right. The movie ends with a celebration for the Power Rangers at Angel Grove Harbor. As the Rangers enjoy a much-deserved victory party and fireworks, they take time to thank Fred for his role in saving the parents and comment that he could make a great Ranger himself one day. When Fred doesn't believe such a thing could happen, Tommy assures him that anything is possible. When a message thanking the Power Rangers is lit, Bulk and Skull are offended that they're not being personally thanked, even though they just played a major part by saving people's lives. In a mid-credits scene, back on the moon Goldar has taken the throne and proclaimed himself to be the new ruler of the universe. However, his reign is short-lived, as Zedd and Rita return, making both Goldar and Mordant realize they're in a lot of trouble.70 views 2 comments -
ABC Kids Oct 19, 2002 Power Rangers Wild Force Ep 35 The Master's Herald Part 1
TThe Classic ChannelIn the Nexus, Mandilok is furious over his recent defeat at the hands of the Rangers despite the loss of their Zords, and lays the blame directly at Toxica and Jindrax's feet. The two remind him that they couldn't have anticipated Animus helping the Rangers, but Mandilok doesn't care and throws them both out of the Nexus. As he stews in his juices, suddenly a voice emerges offering assistance. Mandilok recognizes the figure that emerges; Onikage, the Duke Org who specializes in Ninja techniques. Onikage tells Mandilok he has a plan ready to defeat the Rangers. Outside, Toxica sits depressed at her fall from grace as Jindrax suggests they think of a plan. Suddenly Onikage appears to them and tells them he has a plan to help them get back in Mandilok's good graces; go on to the Animarium and kidnap Princess Shayla using his techniques to sneak past the Rangers and the Wild Zords. Jindrax is eager but Toxica is unsure, but when Onikage makes a show on instead going himself (claiming he was just trying to help them out) Toxica agrees. On the Animarium, as the Rangers lie sleeping, the three Duke Orgs in ninja outfits, sneak by looking for Princess Shayla. Despite Danny waking up, the three nearly manage to remain hidden until Toxica blows their cover by putting her hand in the sacred water which (as she has an Org horn) causes her intense pain. The Rangers wake up and confront the three, who briefly tease them about their pajamas and teddy bear, and Onikage makes an attempt to kidnap an emerged Princess Shayla, however the Rangers protect her and morph, forcing the three to retreat. Back at the Nexus, Mandilok blasts Toxica as punishment for ruining Onikage's plan, especially as it means the Rangers will be now on their guard. He then orders her to leave his sight, with Jindrax pursuing. Onikage then approaches Mandilok telling him that Toxica could still be useful. Outside, Toxica is upset at her failure and the fact that Mandilok now considers her worthless as Jindrax tries to make her feel better. Onikage then approaches her, telling Toxica that Mandilok is willing to give her another chance. Toxica is now willing to do anything to appease her master, and Onikage leaves taking her with him. On the Animarium, the Rangers wonder exactly why the Orgs are suddenly after the Princess, but the discussion is interrupted when the sacred waters bubble, signaling trouble. The Rangers leave, with Cole suggesting that Shayla returns to the water where she'll be safe. In the city, the Rangers are surprised to find Tire Org, Flute Org, Clock Org, Bell Org, and Lion Tamer Org have returned to life somehow. Morphing, the Rangers take them on but find that they seem to be nothing but illusions. However, this doesn't stop the Orgs from hurting them. In the sacred water, Princess Shayla hears Merrick and emerges confident that he will protect her. He flinches from her touch, and she suggests seeing how the other Rangers are faring. Seeing that they are in trouble, she tells him to join them. As the Rangers get pummeled, Merrick arrives and prepares to fire with the Lunar Cue. However, hearing the wind, he realizes where he needs to fire and instead aims for a deserted area, hitting a camouflaged Onikage and making the conjured Orgs disappear. Onikage tells the Rangers that he is merely a decoy before vanishing. On the Animarium, Shayla watches, however Merrick is still there. Princess Shayla knows that Merrick can't be in two places at once, and "Merrick" attacks. Shayla calls the Rangers and tells them what's happening, and they scramble to return to the Animarium. The fake Merrick reveals himself to actually be Toxica using ninja tricks to disguise herself. The two get into a fight, and Princess Shayla proves to be tougher than she looks. The Rangers journey back to the Animarium is interrupted when they are ambushed by Jindrax and an army of Putrids (all clad in ninja gear). When Toxica starts to get the upper hand, Princess Shayla asks why the Orgs are suddenly after her, and Toxica admits she doesn't have a clue, but that doesn't matter since she's following Mandilok's orders. Princess Shayla defiantly tells her foe that the Rangers don't follow orders... they're fighting because they choose to and that is why they'll always win. As the Rangers continue to try and make it past Jindrax and the Putrids, Princess Shayla attempts to escape to the sacred water, but Toxica stops her. Princess Shayla decides to push Toxica in, knowing that should severely weaken her and does so. However she is shocked when Toxica emerges unharmed. Princess Shayla is confused as to how an Org could survive the water, until Toxica demonstrates how: by removing her horn. In a flashback, it is revealed that Onikage suggested to Toxica that she have her horn cut off to allow her to survive the sacred water. Toxica was wary, but Mandilok assured her that as a Duke Org, the horn would grow back. Toxica was still uncertain, having never heard this before, but Onikage used her loyalty to Mandilok to manipulate her into agreeing before cutting it off. Princess Shayla is shocked at this, and tells Toxica that Mandilok and Onikage are only using her, but Toxica's loyalty is too strong and she successfully captures the Princess, wrapping her in black ropes. With Toxica done, Onikage reveals himself to the Rangers and blasts them, Jindrax and the Putrids. Everyone is shocked that Onikage would attack his own allies, and Jindrax decides to retreat. Cole refuses to lose to an Org as evil as Onikage and shoots him with the Falcon Summoner. However, it is revealed that Onikage is only a decoy (another ninja trick). The Rangers leave to save Princess Shayla. Nearby Mandilok, Jindrax and Onikage wait for Toxica to deliver the Princess. When she arrives, weakened by the loss of her horn, Jindrax is overjoyed that she succeeded in her mission... but his joy turns to shock when he notices her missing horn. Toxica tells him it'll grow back like Onikage said, but an equally surprised Mandilok tells her that she's wrong... Org horns never grow back. Toxica turns to Onikage, but he denies all knowledge of what happened. Toxica collapses and crawls to Mandilok as Jindrax tries to help his friend, as Princess Shayla tells Mandilok of how disgusted she is that Orgs would use their friends like this. Mandilok laughs that Toxica is no friend of his, and when Jindrax protests, Mandilok orders his silence. Toxica begs Mandilok to take back the comment, but Mandilok is only mildly interested that she's even alive still. Just then, the Rangers turn up demanding the release of Princess Shayla, and when Mandilok refuses the Rangers form the Jungle Blaster and fire a Savage Blast at him. Mandilok decides to make use of Toxica after all, by grabbing her and using her as a shield where she takes the full brunt of the blast. The Rangers, Jindrax and Princess Shayla are shocked by Mandilok's heartless actions, as the General Org tells a dying Toxica that, in the end, she did prove herself useful to him before he throws her away and she disintegrates. As Jindrax is distraught at the loss of his friend, Mandilok compliments Onikage on his excellent work so far and sets him on the Rangers before ordering Jindrax to take Princess Shayla away. Jindrax is still upset, but Mandilok forces him to obey. Onikage then turns himself into a giant, preparing to stamp out the Rangers who don't know how he was able to grow without Toxica's magic. Despite this, he still needs fighting so the Rangers summon the Isis Megazord. Although the Rangers successfully use an Isis Stare on Onikage and prepare to use the Final Strike, it's revealed that this is just another illusion, and another Onikage blind-sides them causing the Isis Megazord to fall from the air and crash. Onikage then prepares to finish the Rangers off. Meanwhile, on the ground, Merrick knows something isn't right and listens to the wind. Suddenly, he fires at a spot where the real Onikage was lying (having never really grown). Onikage is blasted from his hiding place, and the illusion vanishes moments before it delivers the final blow to the Megazord. Merrick demands information on where Princess Shayla is, but Onikage refuses and vanishes. Later, on the Animarium, the Rangers mope over the loss of Princess Shayla.59 views 1 comment -
Fox Kids Feb 3, 2001 Power Rangers Time Force Ep 1 Force From The Future, Pt. 1
TThe Classic ChannelIn the year 3000, 1000 years into the future, the Time Force police have cleared the streets of every known criminal, allowing peace and justice to rein. However, there is but one criminal still to be apprehended--Ransik. Captain Logan and the rest of Time Force have the villain surrounded in an abandoned building. Lucas, Katie and Trip are seen outside to reinforce the attack squad. Inside the building, Ransik begins to complete a type of time-travel device, determined that he'll just rule the past if he couldn't rule the present. Before he can complete his plan, Alex, the Time Force Red Ranger, engages him in combat. Outside, Jen joins the others as they wait for Ransik to come out, but an explosion occurs. Fearing the worst, the Time Force is relieved to see Alex walk out with a captured Ransik, taking the villain into custody immediately. Alex explains to Captain Logan the machine Ransik had was the heart to a time-warping device, and the captain states that had he succeeded the results would have been catastrophic. Reunited with Jen, Alex finally proposes to her while everyone else awaits the verdict of Ransik's trial. Katie is assured that he'll be put away, but Lucas retorts that nothing is certain. Circuit is seen complaining to Trip that he cannot see anything, and Nadira watches the trial disguised as a human. The Panel reaches their verdict, deciding that Ransik is guilty of all charges and must be sentenced to cryogenic containment for life. Unfortunately, upon transport, Nadira and Frax ambush the escort, and spring Ransik loose. Ransik tells Jen the future is full of surprises before she falls unconscious and Ransik and his gang escape. When she and the others awake, they inform Captain Logan about the ambush, and he relieves them of their duties due to their failure. Lucas grabs Trip and blames him for not telling them Ransik was planning to escape, but Katie defends him. Ransik, Nadira and Frax arrive at the Time Force Prison, releasing Gluto before the containment process for him had begun. Time Force is alerted of the situation, and Alex rushes to the scene. The mutants create another time-warping device, but before they leave, Ransik notices Alex on the monitor and halts the warp so as to clear up some "unfinished business." The two begin battle again atop the prison tower, with Ransik gaining the upper hand. Holding the Red Ranger back, Alex states that he may defeat him, but he'll never defeat Time Force. Ransik states that where he's going there won't be a Time Force and lands a mortal blow on Alex just as Jen, Trip, Lucas and Katie reach them. Ransik teleports away, and Jen approaches a dying Alex who makes Jen promise that she'll never stop chasing Ransik, informing her where there are four more Morphers. She agrees and takes the Red Chrono Morpher, determined to stop Ransik, as Alex dies just as paramedics arrive. The others follow her to the Time Ship, with Lucas and Circuit acting as pilots. With all Chrono Morphers in hand, Jen orders the launch to proceed, and the group blasts off to the year 2001.44 views 1 comment -
ABC Kids March 19, 2007 Power Rangers Operation Overdrive Ep 5 Weather Or Not
TThe Classic ChannelWill, Ronny, and Rose are discussing their upcoming mission to St. Lucia in the Caribbean. Most of them are excited, though Ronny finds the beach a little slow without Dune Buggies, and Dax has heard the island is haunted (he's bringing his lucky marbles just in case). Below in the base, Spencer arrives in Jamaican attire, in order to show Mr. Hartford that he can blend in without going as a parrot. Amused, Mr. Hartford asks Spencer about the Drill Driver Zord, but finds out that it's not quite ready yet. Spencer leaves. In his ice cave, Flurious is wondering about the lack of activity. Flurious tells Norg, currently acting as his footstool, to contact Moltor. In the volcano, Moltor receives a weather device from his Lava Lizards just as Flurious' call comes in. He also boasts about how his newest plan will make him more powerful than Flurious, but won't explain what it is. Unimpressed, Flurious tells Moltor he will be keeping any eye on him; he needs a good laugh. Determined to show up his brother, Moltor and several Lava Lizards arrive in Australia and attack an Energy Agency vehicle and its driver. Back at the Operation Overdrive base, Mr. Hartford is briefing the teens on their mission when they get an alert about Moltor's attack. The Caribbean mission is put on hold to deal with the current crisis, and the teens morph. Taking the S.H.A.R.C. to Australia, the Power Rangers immediately begin battling Moltor and the Lava Lizards. During the fight, the driver of the Energy Agency vehicle falls off a cliff, in spite of Mack's best efforts. Fortunately, Will saves the driver with his Hovertek Cycle. Unfortunately, this distraction gives the Lava Lizards an opportunity to steal the subatomic generator. Moltor mocks the defeated Rangers before vanishing. The Lava Lizards quickly put together the weather device and activate it, creating a thunderstorm. Meanwhile, the weary teens return to the base. Mack is dejected over what almost happened to the driver, and ironically enough, Will is the one to remind him that this is why there are five of them. Spencer walks in, drenched, and complains about the weather. Mr. Hartford quickly turns on the screen, which shows a broadcast of the unusual weather throughout the world. He tells Mack that he has a new Zord, and it has his name on it, but Mack is still feeling depressed, and suggests that someone else get the Zord, but is eventually convinced to test it. He doesn't succeed, which frustrates Mack to the point that he tells his dad that maybe he's right; maybe he shouldn't be the Red Ranger. However, another alert sounds, and an angry Mack goes to answer it. His teammates are battling Lava Lizards when Moltor arrives, announcing his plan to flood the world and gain respect from his brother. As the Rangers work to stop him, Moltor's weather device goes haywire and it starts to snow. Flurious, watching on his screen, finds the whole thing very amusing. Even with the Zords, the Rangers have a difficult time. An avalanche traps the Zords, and only the Red Ranger is able to eject in time. Unable to contact his teammates, Mack feels that he has failed his friends. Moltor soon interrupts him, and they fight, with Moltor the victor. Beneath the snow, the four Rangers are trapped, but confident Mack will rescue them. Back at the base, Spencer and Mr. Hartford have also failed in their attempts to contact the other four Rangers. Mack walks in, but their relief is short lived: Mack says he's failed and he quits being a Ranger. He returns his Overdrive Tracker. Inside his volcano, Moltor punishes the Lava Lizards for making the weather device malfunction. Flurious calls him up to taunt him. At the base, the Rangers have been located, but all they have is a visual, no audio. To Mack's surprise, his friends seem calm. Mr. Hartford tells his son that it's because his friends believe in him, like he does. Taking his Overdrive Tracker back, Mack takes off in the Drill Driver. He still struggles to control the vehicle, but pushes on regardless until he finds the buried Zords. He apologizes to them for bailing, but they forgive him easily, and he frees their Zords. By now, the weather device has turned into a monster. The Rangers form the DriveMax Megazord, though Mack stays inside the Drill Driver. During the fight, the Rangers decide to attach the Drill Driver to the Megazord to form the DriveMax Megazord Drill Formation. This new combination destroys the Weather Machine Monster. As a furious Moltor witnesses his creation's defeat, Flurious calls again to tell him that you cannot combine alien technology with human technology without making some adjustments. Moltor vows he will find the jewels and be more powerful than Flurious, but Flurious is less than unimpressed. At the Hartford Mansion, Mack is once more, full of enthusiasm for the trip to the Caribbean, as are Ronny, Rose and Dax. As Spencer comes in with all their bags, Will enters with Dax' marbles, and thinks maybe they could use them. Spencer drops the bags as the teens fight over the lucky marbles.55 views 1 comment -

Jetix June 25, 2005 Power Rangers S.P.D. Ep 20 Perspective
TThe Classic ChannelThe alarm goes off and Commander Cruger asks Kat for a report. Kat checks the situation. The B-Squad cadets are summoned to the Command Center – gold is being stolen by the Krybots. The cadets suit up and head for the gold depository. The satellite transmission goes down and Kat and Cruger are unable to monitor. The Rangers rescue the guard and confine Green Eyes before returning to the Command Center. The satellite transmission is still down and Kat leaves to work on the problem. The commander asks for a report. All the cadets answer at once. Cruger stops them and tells them to go one at a time and Jack goes first. Jack gives an account of what he believes happened, where everyone admires the Red Ranger and he saves the day. When Jack is done, the rest protest that isn't what happened. Cruger lets Sky speak next. Sky tells his version of what happened and conveniently the Blue Ranger saves the day. The rest of the cadets scoff at Sky's story and Cruger is ready to hear the truth. Bridge starts by telling them how he was trying to decide what he wanted for breakfast. Cruger is about to lose his patience, when Bridge starts his account of what happened and now it is Green Ranger who is admired by all and saves the day. The rest of the cadets are in disbelief over Bridge's version. Z tells her version, and this time, it is the Yellow Ranger who saves the day. No one believes Z's story any more than the rest. Syd tells the commander her version, which has every Ranger hoping that their moves will impress her. Cruger is about to resign himself to the fact that he may never know what really happened, when Kat walks in. The transmission is fixed and Kat plays the footage of the Rangers' battle. At first the cadets are leery of what they will see, but as the video plays each one is impressed with what they see. The video shows just as it looks like the Rangers got the better of Green Eyes, the monster releases another army of Krybots to corner the Rangers. A white sparkling ball of light knocks the Krybots aside and frees the Rangers. Green Eyes heads to his giant robot with the Rangers in hot pursuit. They call for their Delta Runners, judge Green Eyes, destroy his robot, and confine him. After the footage is shown, Cruger asks the cadets if they have any questions. Jack wants to know what was the sparkling ball that knocked the Krybots out. Cruger tells them that Kat would analyze the footage, but that whatever it was, it was powerful. Cruger points out that people's perspective would change what had happened. Jack agrees but states that there were some exaggerations. Cruger and Kat slowly back up and walk out of the Command Center as the cadets argue over what had occurred.71 views 1 comment
